i got tagged by @aquietlarrie for a snippet (ty for thinking of me babe!! 🩷 twice too haha). sharing a quick snippet from my upcoming cabin fic that will be released in march ✨

“Do you live in the cabin by yourself?” “I do, sort of, I have a cat.” “A cat?” Louis then asked, he obviously knew Harry had a cat, but this reintroduction really helped both of them loosen up again. “She’s a precious thing, but she always leaves me for this one customer who is staying at one of the cabins. His name is Tomlin-something, I can’t really recall,” Harry then said and Louis shook his head at that, playfully. “Sounds like an absolute arse if he steals your cat,” Louis chuckled and Harry shook his head at that. “On the contrary, he is extremely thoughtful, didn’t even mind it too much when I spilled my hot tea on him, how is your stomach by the way?” Harry then asked. “If this is your way of trying to get me to undress again,” Louis joked and Harry’s cheeks grew bright red. “No – I wasn’t – I didn’t mean that… I just –” “I am teasing Harold, I might be nearing thirty-five, but I like to joke around just as much as you youngsters do,” Louis then said.  Harry looked at him, his brows furrowed together. “You’re not even that old,” the curly-haired man then said. “Older than you, I am,” Louis countered. “But not old old.” “I’ve got grey hairs,” Louis then said, focusing on Harry who seemed to definitely have a physical reaction to that. Harry had tried to mask it but the little sigh he let out was enough indication for Louis to say that Harry had already noticed the grey hairs. “I know,” Harry replied, there was something in his eyes, a playful look. Louis needed to look away otherwise he was sure he’d have this boy pushed up against the nearest tree. Who thought the hike was a good idea again?
