Alfred was with Henry when Polly was with Harker. Only realised when he was in carriage, about to die

Karl was working for KYAL, doing Pollys orders as another job. Never realised he was just sick and tired of the orders

Shahara was taking care of young Elias, slowly watching him become who he is in 2053. Realised when he had the bomb

And Iris was working for Elias while being brainwashed my him and the whole KYAL. Realised when Elias went through the throat

The detectives seem a lot nicer in the improved timelime, Alfred lets the mother accompany the boy and no more dragging him around... and him and Henry 🥹🥺 Karl lets Esther free, and then before the scene moves to 1890, he gives a guy somat when he passes by
