@reptilejava
Belial stood up straight as he entered the little coffee shop. The afternoon was starting to cool down and the tall lanky squid needed an afternoon pick me up. It was just after the afternoon rush, and the line was nonexistent. The maroon tentacled squid walked right up to the counter, the whole while staring at the menu.

“... This has got to be the place,” Esben mutters to himself, looking up at the quaint coffee shop before him. There don’t seem to be any other coffee places in the direct vicinity of this place, so this is most likely the place he heard about last night.
A friend had mentioned that this place is hiring, so he figures checking it out in person would probably be his best bet. Well.. standing here staring at the place isn’t going to get him a job, and he could really use a second stable source of income. Esben takes a deep breath and finally steps in through the establishment’s doors, green eyes exploring the interior curiously. It’s definitely got a unique feel to it.. not something commonly found in Inkopolis these days. He can’t help but smile a bit at the atmosphere.. this is exactly what he had hoped it would be.
There aren’t many customers right now, but he supposes a place like this gets more traffic towards the evening anyway. Now.. who did his friend say he should talk to? An.. alligator.. right? Another thing not seen too often around these parts- this place is full of surprises already!
Looking around a little more, he notices the reptile behind the counter. That’s got to be the guy, then. He approaches the counter, waiting until after he has gotten the other’s attention before speaking.
“Um.. are you the owner of this place?” Esben asks, unsure.

Russian Caravan Tea (for reptilejava)
( reptilejava )
K: “Reptile...Java?”
The female inkling was staring up at a sign for a cafe, tapping her head. Her eyes were fixed on a new sign she had noticed in the door: “Everyone Welcome Here!” Kim had passed by this cafe probably hundreds of times without thinking much about it, but this sign had caught her attention. Was it just a friendly gesture, or did it mean something else?
“Everyone Welcome Here!”
Whatever the reason, it had certainly drawn her in. She decided to enter, making the door jingle as she did. The smells of the cafe overwhelmed her at first, but then she felt like she was wrapped in a warm blanket. She almost had a full smile on.
She approached the counter. “Excuse me,” She piped up, trying to get whoever was working’s attention.
