Je me suis adonné le week-end dernier à la préparation d’un RHUM ARRANGE BANANE/VANILLE une première pour moi d’autant plus que je n’aime pas du tout le rhum, un alcool bien trop fort pour moi.
Je vous communique par plaisir de partager la recette et je vous invite à l’essayer ainsi vous me donnerez votre avis.
80cl de Rhum blanc
20cl de Rhum ambré
10cl de Sirop de Canne
2 gousses de Vanille fendues en deux dans la longueur.
3 grosses bananes coupées en deux dans la longueur.
1 bâton de Cannelle fendu en deux dans la longueur.
Mélanger tous les ingrédients dans un bocal hermétique et laisser macérer durant 2 mois minimum. 
Le mien macère tranquillement dans son bocal et les bananes commencent à prendre une jolie couleur. Alors à vous !
