Had quite the damn day it was crazy!!!! Drove my bf to the airport two and a half hours away but we broke down halfway, met a super nice dude from AAA who seemed to fix it instead of towing us in the opposite direction so we could still get there in time to board, dropped him off with five minutes to spare then had my car break down AGAIN and get trapped outside SeaTac Airport and then a Denny's and had a dude with a Rick and Morty tshirt from AAA come and look at my car and tell me he couldn't do anything (he went to the wrong Denny's next to SeaTac apparently) and then I drove over a mountain pass in pouring rain. I need a damn sleep!!!!!!

Just saw the post about Planetina being a groomer and at first I was like NOOOO ANGRY FAAAACE but then I was literally that kombucha meme of like WELL

You know, I guess she was! I think it was especially interesting to have this episode BE from Morty's perspective.

I also very VERY much think that whole thing was meant to parallel his relationship with Rick.

He rejects Rick in this episode quite plainly, especially after those hilarious Tshirts, and tries getting close to this person he barely knows.

I do think it's worth noting that Morty DOES put his foot down when she goes too far, and he does end things. It tears him to PIECES because he believes he loved her, but I do commend Beth for not scolding Morty or reprimanding him or anything. She holds her son and is there for him, and that's the most important part.

Morty, I think, sees himself as older and more mature because of all the shit he's been through. He thinks he can handle it, but he's still just a kid, and I think this episode shows that well.

The Planetina episode IS uncomfortable, but I think we're supposed to feel sorry for Morty being unable to have normal relationships or friendships. He doesn't have a SINGLE FRIEND outside of his family. Poor kid. And because of how insane his own family is, of course he's unprepared to look out for creeps.

I mean, that episode goes into the one dude Morty immediately thinks is his friend and the guy tries to KILL HIM. It's just.

Morty has no one outside of a family that traumatizes him daily. He even lost Jessica as a friend that season! Just. Man. This poor kid.

Jamie - (Me) 5’2, Genderfluid, Disabled. Server’s Assistant. Most often seen in a black beanie, wearing round glasses, and engulfed in a large black hoodie, with combat boots to finish off the look

Clara - 5’4, Female. Server’s Assistant. Always wears her hair in a ponytail, ‘wears a t-shirt and jean shorts to work because it’s summer

Keegan - 5’5, Female. Server’s Assistant. Likes to braid her hair in the summer, and usually wears a tshirt long enough to cover her shorts

Michelle - 5’8, Female. Server’s Assistant. Keeps her hair up in a messy bun and wears square glasses. Usually wears a black tshirt and jeans

Addison - 5'3, Female. Server's Assistant. Brown hair that she keeps in a ponytail. Always wears some type of black top with jeans. Adrian's cousin.

Cecelia - 5'4, Female. Server's Assistant. Long dirty blonde hair that she either keeps in a claw clip or in a messy ponytail. Wears some flavour of sports hoodie and jeans to work.

Selene - 5'2, Female. Server's Assistant. Clara's mother. Very short salt n pepper hair with square glasses. Tends to wear a t-shirt and jeans every day.

Stephanie - 5’11, Female. Waitress. Insists on keeping her hair constantly in a slicked back ponytail. Wears a black tshirt and jeans to work

Maria - 5’5, Female. Waitress, Disabled. Has short enough hair that she never has to do anything with it and wears square glasses. Always wears her tshirt with the diner logo on it with a pair of jean shorts to not mess with her leg brace

Hazel- 5’4, Female. Waitress. Has short enough hair to not have to mess with it. Wears a black tshirt with jeans

Evelyn - 5’3, Female. Waitress, Disabled. Even though her hair is short she still wears it in a ponytail. Has glasses but never wears them. Wears a black tshirt and tends to swap between jeans and shorts depending on the weather

Anne - 5'5, Female. Waitress, Disabled.

Cassandra - 5'4, Female. Waitress.

Big Jamie - 6’1, Male. Chef. Will wear whatever the hell he wants to work but consistently keeps his hair under a baseball cap

Eleanor- 5’5, Female. Chef. sHoRt hair and square glasses. She wears a black tshirt but whatever she matches it with varies from day to day

Keith - 5’10, Male. Chef. He doesn’t have hair. Always wears basketball shorts and whatever tshirt he pulls out that morning

Jonathan - 5’11, Male. Kitchen Assistant. He wears the most OBNOXIOUS neon shirts. His favourite is “my shirt is brighter than your future” and- yeah- it’s pretty dag gum bright. He has really long hair he somehow shoved in a beanie, and wears long pants year round

Nyx - 5’8, Male. Kitchen Assistant. Looks like Morty from Rick and Morty but older and tucks his hair in a backwards baseball cap. Always wears all black and long pants despite the weather

Ainsley - 5'2, Female. Kitchen Assistant, Disabled. Blonde hair that she keeps up in a claw clip. Wears whatever t-shirt and jeans she finds around.

Cayden - 5'10, Male. Kitchen Assistant. Short black hair that he doesn't do anything with. Usually wears dark shirts with black jeans.

Mars - 5'2, Male. Kitchen Assistant. Curly red hair that he keeps under a baseball cap. Wears the same outfit he wore to school at work, which can range from jerseys to tshirts and jeans.

Anthony - 6’, Male. Owner. Much like Big Jamie he’ll wear whatever he wants because he’s always in the back rooms, but it’s pretty much always a tshirt and shorts

Elizabeth - 5’8, Female. Owner. Wears her hair up in a ponytail and is constantly in a black tshirt and jeans for work
