HANK OFFICIAL INTRODUCTION!!!

He's been in the detective business for a VERY long time. At least 25 years, in fact. He even runs his own official detective agency, unlike Enid (and whoever's giving her the cases). Along with this, he's also been a robo for a long time, though it is unknown why he became one.

He's collected files on many people in the city, mostly on people he deems suspicious. Sometimes he makes them himself and other times he obtains them through... secret methods. (Enid has tried to borrow them multiple times to no avail.) He also has one on Lou but it's probably outdated and shouldn't be worried about!

He seems like your average hard-boiled detective (*cough* Vint *cough*), but he's actually a pretty well-meaning guy! The main thing is that his behavior is somewhat sporadic, likely due to C-PTSD or another mental issue he developed over time.

He has a girlfriend (also a robo) named Clarice! Not sure what her purpose in the story is yet but she does have somewhat of a design:

(They are unfortunately probably the happiest couple in the series.)

Lastly, despite the pipe he carries around, he almost never smokes (unless, understandably, he is ridiculously stressed). He just thinks it goes well with the outfit.
