damn i have got to see a therapist or somethin
#‘so i kept my room too cold while i slept and i woke up debating whether or not anything ive done was worth it and then when i realised why#i was regressing so fast with my thought process into thoughts i rarely have and know how to deal with i looked outside and with the cold#room temps realised it felt like winter and then had to spend at least five minutes trying to control my breathing and assuring myself it#wasn’t January before i could actually do anything’#Friday’s cold and rainy which i can handle but today is just kinda chilly which doesn’t go well with me
