#I needed my skyrim pc to have a motivation to join the dark brotherhood instead of turning them in#because they've got a thing for order and status quo and safety. they're going imperial because stability and preservation of how things are#so why would someone like that join the dark brotherhood? murder for hire feels like anarchy. and you eventually try to kill the emperor#and then it hit me. this motherfucker gets hit with a Light Yagami complex. because now it's his job to protect law and order.#rule one: man (khajiit) is a moral creature.#rule two: you can convince a man (khajiit) that anything is moral#skyrim is so fun you can make up a miserable little character and make them do awful things for great reasons
