Laurel is certainly stylish, though to her own particular sense of fashion. Well fitting mostly-black clothes, a cropped jacket, expertly applied makeup— she honestly seems rather intimidating, a bit too close to 'hard-edged'. That particular impression melts away the second Ryne approaches and asks for Laurel's help.

She grins, slipping the phone she'd been looking through into her pocket, and devotes full excited attention to Ryne. "Would I mind? I'd love to." Especially for a girl just branching out into the idea of finding a style! Never being able to pick your own clothes sounds utterly miserable when you're as old as Ryne is... how is a teen supposed to live like that, huh?

"Now, the first thing about what looks okay: clothes are about wearing what makes you feel like you look good. Whatever that means, if you want to look cute, or elegant, or scary, or whatever you've got." Laurel evaluates Ryne's appearance thoughtfully, hands on her hips. "You seem to me like a girl who would look cute in simple silhouette clothes, light colours... but that's just my guess. What kind of image are you going for?"
