Yuuichi Nakamura Role Compilation

I was going to make a top five list, but I decided not to because he’s one of the most prolific voice actors out there where he gets a ton of roles every season. Plus, I haven’t watched a lot of the following roles. I don’t think I’m qualified to make his list until I watch Clannad. I did tend to keep my favourites towards the end though.

Heck, I’m not tagging all these anime. I didn’t even touch on video games/visual novels obviously, but some of these roles are both anime and visual novels. And yes, I’m including roles with shady “relationships�� (ex. Oreimo has incest if you didn’t know... it’s not like that was in the description or anything). I’ll be providing commentary anyway.

Luca - Arcana Famiglia

BUT WHAT HAPPENED TO THE TEA?

Yoshiki Kishinuma - Corpse Party

This is as PG as we’re getting. This is Corpse Party. I think the name says it all. Apparently, Sugita watched/played this because Nakamura said to, and Sugita was like, “WAIT... WHAT DID YOU JUST RECOMMEND ME?”

Tenka Kumou - Donten ni Warau

Shinsaku Takasugi - Bakumatsu

I watched one episode and sensed heavy fangirl baiting

Kyousuke Kousaka - Oreimo

Oreimo has incest. I think that’s in the description since the full title is “Ore no Imouto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai” which translates to “My Little Sister Can't Be This Cute”. Ew.

Daisuke Higashida - WWW Working!!

I liked this comparing to the main series. This cast was a lot more fun.

Ringo Tsukimiya - Uta no Prince-Sama

Apparently, this role nearly killed him.

Renji Yomo - Tokyo Ghoul

The white-haired one.

Mitsuyoshi Tada - Tada-kun wa Koi wo Shinai

I watched this anime because the OP was so catchy. It wasn’t a very good anime.

Popuko - Pop Team Epic (Ep 5B)

He was paired with Sugita. It was a really fun episode.

Takaya Abe - Ookiku Furikabutte

Mumen Rider - One Punch Man

Tatsuya Shiba - Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei

This one has an overpowered protagonist and incest.

Gai Tsutsugami - Guilty Crown

Makoto Takiya - Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon

This is one of my top roles for him. Within each four-minute episode, he makes me laugh really hard.

Shi Fen - Ani ni Tsukeru Kusuri wa Nai!

Same thing as above. With every four-minute episode, we have so many laughs in two different settings with two different character relationships.

Gray Fullbuster - Fairy Tail

This is probably his most iconic role. Whether he likes it or not, Mashima and Nakahara already like Gruvia.

Houtarou Oreki - Hyouka

Nozaki - Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-Kun

This scene (actually, this anime) made me laugh so hard. It’s one of my top picks for “anime that need a season two”

Kouhei Inuzuka - Sweetness and Lightning

This is his most wholesome role. He even said himself that this role was so clean compared to the others.

ICHINEN TRIO HEAD CANNONS

Eijun tends to be referenced as a Shiba Inu, unintentionally or not he tends to whimper when threatened occasionally covering it with the infamous “MUMUMUMUMU”

He somehow always hides behind a first year (later on specific second years) when targeted at first, Haruichi was uncomfortable with it but rolled with it since he does have a soft spot for Eijun, Furuya just doesn't care, feels good to be depended on though.

EIjun actually has the softest hair out of the three, so Furuya tends to unconsciously lay on him nuzzling his hair or softly patting it, Haruichi some times but quite rare since Haruichi takes time with it.

“DID SOMEONE SAY VICTORY GROUP HUG!?????” “No Eijun-Kun,” “...No” “WHATEVER GROUP HUG!!!!”

Haruichi yet put on pedestal, he was gonna be forever the armrest because he’s the shortest, but when they reach second year though things, change including that armrest status.

Furuya, doesn't necessarily understand physical boundaries with friends, however his actions are completely platonic, and the two thirds of the trio understand, although Haruichi’s face does tend to become as pink as his face during Furuya’s sudden attacks.

Haruichi can actually lift up Furuya and Eijun not at the same time but sometimes he does it to prove that he isnt as frail as he seems. Well thank Seido training for that.

The pitchers were unknowingly taken under Ryousuke wings like with Haruichi except with hovering over Haruichi’s development, he gave them tips, Eijun was a lost cause in batting tips though.

Haruichi once got cat called on an outing for EIjun’s shojo manga shopping days, and held back the pitchers from fighting the caller, Eijun, one he spent too much time around Kuramochi developing a delinquent aura, Furuya mainly depends his actions on the strongest emotion not against his friends surrounding him.

Haruichi snapped after the guy with a silver tounge and kominatio smile though :)

Don’t bad talk any of them with one in the room thats a death wish.

Azuma Jirō

"Many centuries ago, a mononoke gifted the ancestor of the Azuma Clan with heightened athleticism and the power to speak to animals. All later generations inherited these abilities to a greater or lesser degree, though in Jirō's case they came through particularly strong. His eye-opening physical talent and ability to speak to any animal right away (when it usually requires spending a lot of time together to learn to speak with even a single animal) result from this.

Ragō

"Ragō once mentioned "living for eternity" to Jirō. That was no exaggeration. Ragō is over a thousand years old. In his youth, when Ragō still preferred human form, he became friends with the lord of a powerful family. However, in time, having Ragō's power at his disposal made that lord grow arrogant. Giving in to ambition, he started more and more wars for land until his many enemies finally wiped out his entire clan in revenge. After that, Ragō began avoiding relationships, giving up human form for the cat body he wears to this day.

Kishimojin Ichika

"The Kishimojin Family is oddity even among the Bureau, being a lineage of kunoichi. Together with their red hair, only the female members of the Kishimojin clan inherit the special trait called Flameblood.

Kirihara Reiji

"The once proud and honorable name of the Kirihara family has fallen into disgrace as Shinji killed his father. Even in the Bureau, Reiji is treated as a pariah. Thus Division 2, where no one (except Shiba) knows what happened, has become a rare place where he can be himself around others.

Shiba Ryōsuke

"The only son of an affluent middle-class family, Ryosuke had a perfectly normal life until he was in elementary school. That was when his mother discovered his father cheating on her. She flew into a rage, stabbing his father to death and then killing herself. The one to first discover the grisly scene when he came home from school that day, Ryosuke has had something of a self-destructive streak ever since.

Usami Hana

"Hana grew up idolizing her parents, both of whom were police officers, and dreaming of the day she, too, could be a "hero of justice". Serious and studious, she earned excellent grades in school. She also trained in judo from elementary school through college, consistently placing in the top ranks at tournaments. However, perhaps because of some issues handling pressure, she never managed to take the top spot.

Azuma Toshimasa

"The Azuma family has been a family of onmitsu for generations. As the family heir, Toshimasa of course became an onmitsu himself, battling against the criminal rabble operating in the shadows during Japan's economic boom years. He met and married a young woman, and together they had a daughter. This girl would later go on to become Jiro's mother.

Kouga

"In nature Mononoke spontaneously coalesce into being. Amagi and Jirō's father worked together on an experiment to see if one could be artificially created. Amagi offered a portion of his own power while Jirō's father offered the resources and technology. After several years of failures they finally created Kouga.
