So I'm writing a fic and I've decided to make SanUso the endgame ship for Sanji (ur fault btw💖) and I am making a little playlist for the characters in my fic and I've limited it to 1 love song per ship but I'm stumped for SanUso please help...what are some of thee most SanUso branded love songs ?? 😭
(more specifics in case this will help u think of a really fitting song but their relationship is like--Sanji was into Nami since they were kids, Usopp met him later and had a 1 sided crush on him for the longest time but knew he liked his bestie Nami so he stood aside. Nami is a lesbian so obviously Sanji's romantic affections were rejected eventually. They all remain great friends regardless ofc but later in the 24-26ish ages in their lives Sanji and Usopp become closer friends and he starts to catch feelings back without Usopp knowing. You know how it be...anyway they get together in the end and are very cute...please...do you have anything 😭😭😭)
I love that it's my fault. You're so welcome. Make Sanuso canon 2024 something something. And I absolutely love making playlists for characters and fics!!!!!!!! I love this!!!!!!! And now I am going to be SO annoying with Sanuso songs Omg. Your fault. I'll try to just give you like, idk, 5 because I don't want to be overwhelming.
Hold the Sun by Maya Hawke (One-sided crush and jealousy but it's gentle and Usopp doesn't actually intend to act upon his feelings. He's just pining)
Sweet Nothing by Taylor Swift (Look, this is THE Sanuso song for me and if I don't put it here I die)
Would You Be So Kind by Dodie (Dodie my beloved. She's one of my favorite singers and the one I listen to the most when thinking about Sanuso. And Sanusokaya too but not the point)
Kitchen Song by Tessa Violet (I made a Sanuso edit with this one because it reminds me SO much of them)
Nunca Es Suficiente by Natalia Lafourcade (It's in Spanish but I saw a Sanuso animatic once with this one and it's SO good and accurate for them. Just. Use the translator or ask me about it if you don't know Spanish because I swear it's Sanuso 100%)
