“  great, i've gone from terrible to ' just bad '. i'll take it.  ” it wasn't always easy for her to talk to people, social cues wasn't exactly a big part of any training hammered into her brain, but buzzy definitely made it easier. nursing the half - empty bottle in her hand, she offers him a light shake of her head. “  but since we're giving out credit, i will admit, you're far easier to talk to than... well, most people.  ” she'd begun to think that perhaps she just didn't understand people anymore, their drive and motives, all of it so far from what she could recall from her life before them. bottle she'd been nursing was brought to her lips for a sip, though she wound up finishing the rest of it instead. “  ---- or maybe it's just the booze, who knows?  ” she jested, fully well knowing the few beers would be nowhere near enough to get her even tipsy.
