Tea vs Coffee? how organic are you? so I made the transition from coffee to tea. some instantly say,whaaat? are you craazy? I could never do that! I'm here to say.. oh yes you can! I've been drinking coffee since I was 17 and commuting to L.A to design school , working 3 jobs and full time college living in own apt. The design Industry leads to 4hrs of sleep for years. So getting life down to a comfortable hum takes some adaption and perseverance. this is how I did it: organic loose leaf teas, cast iron tea pot, organic local honey. teas from Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Bulgaria..they come in these nifty big tins to keep the pantry creatures out.. the aromatics of the tea knock me over every time! even before the water hits it. yes it takes a bit more time, but the satisfaction that my brain and breast tissue, and body system are running cleaner is worth it! There is some caffeine in the tea, but it is low level and one doesn't get the jump and 'come down' like regular coffee. some of you know, I meditate, connect to spirit, write, channel & heal others everyday. Caffeine, sugar, booze(and as you know your food consumption)effects ones flow, abilities & velocity massively. I will admit, this has calmed my a__ down. the transition of in & out of spirit and functioning normally..wellll..🙃 I've a good friend who is a brain doctor(@Kristen Willeumier)and she says that the dirty coffee is one of the worst things for brain health. 🧠😑 @biohackyourbrain. but I'm also concerned for my breast health. your will also save monies and lots less pollution on our dear planet. One of our regulars stopped by with Habaq mint from his native Saudi Arabia for us to try. Taken as directed, just a couple dry leaves added to a brewed black tea (we used our signature Friday’s Afternoon blend), the flavor is incredible!
