really liked sausage’s confrontation with the old king. he just shuts down any offer or temptation the king throws at him. he’s the king’s son? no way, maybe by blood but eddie’s his father. offers of great power? he doesn’t want it, he has power of his own. offers to bring his mother back to life? he misses her, but he’s accepted her death and isn’t grieving so much anymore. the old king has nothing to offer him. all sausage wants is the king to be gone and to be able to live a peaceful life
