The US Army Corps of Engineers continues to move Pebble Mine one step closer to reality in Bristol Bay, AK. Bristol Bay’s fishery supports 14,000 jobs and a $1.5 billion commercial and sport fishing industry. And these are not just AK-based jobs, these are local jobs too. 

A mine of this size and scale will decimate the landscape, pollute the water, and destroy our native salmon stocks. Stocks that we rely on. 

Pebble Mine can’t come close to this - not to mention what we’ll be left with after they leave. I can’t image a worse situation for Alaska.

Should Pebble’s permit get a rushed, inadequate review? The answer is NO!
