ALWAYS BE IN CONSTANT REPENTANCE WHENEVER YOU MAKE A MISTAKE. GOD IS VERY FORGIVING AND IT IS IMPORTANT TO APOLOGIZE & REPENT FOR YOUR WRONG DOINGS NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU DO IT. USE YOUR OPEN HEART AND POUR OUT YOUR SORRY FEELINGS WITH OUR GREAT LORD!!!#repentjesusiscoming

"Compulsory apologies mostly train children to say things they don't mean - to lie" A. Kahn
I never ask students to apologize when they are angry. I let them think about their actions first and then we discuss how they made the other person feel. Then we discuss if an apology is appropriate. Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't. I practiced this as a mom as well. My two older girls completely got it, my younger always insisted on an apology from everyone, no matter what. Sometimes if I was angry with her I would say, I am too angry to say sorry, I don't feel sorry so I am not saying it. I still love you, I am just upset right now. As she grew, she became the biggest advocate of not apologizing if you don't mean it. I am happy the way I raised my girls.
