The smaller space saver wheels can be used on cars as temporary spare wheels in the event of a flat tyre. Space saver wheels do not necessarily have to have the same diameter as the alloy wheels fitted to the car. It’s partly to do with weight (less weight means less CO2 emissions), partly limited boot space and partly cost. Car manufacturers only make a small number of sizes to cater for all alloy wheel sizes fitted to different spec cars. The wheel offset may also be different from your alloy wheel offset, this is usually due to the narrow nature of the space saver and its ability to clear brake callipers. The spare tyre itself will carry sticker with information about maximum speed (50mp/h-80mp/h)– which you must stick to for safety reasons. This means unlike a standard spare, that skinny spares must be considered an emergency, get-you-home solution only. The original car tyre should be repaired/replaced as soon as possible. The tyre quality & tread may not be same. only use for Spare tyre / temporary tyre / temper tyre / Space saver. https://www.jdm-parts.co.nz/product/space-saver-toyota-vitz-yaris-allex-bb-mr-s-sienta-temper-tyre-with-screw/?feed_id=406515&_unique_id=6836ab4b3d58b We sell Classic Wheel, Smart Key,Headlight, Taillight , Wing Mirror , Indicator, Starter Motor, alternator,Other Here https://www.jdm-parts.co.nz/shop/

Video Recording as an Aid
There's been a few times across my sporting life when video recording has been used to help me & my teammates with skills we were working on. The first time I can remember using it was at a netball carnival in Wollongong when I was fourteen. I think the main use we got out of it then was getting closure on that 'stupid Goal Defence' who purposely knocked down one of our girls.
The second time I encountered the use of videoing as a resource was a year later in 15s. Our coach at the time was a psychologist and had all her own little ways of coaching. Which included not training and lots of one on one chats which led us to not being ready to play championships and not making the grandfinal for the first time.. ever.. yeah I'm apparently still bitter about it.
The one benefit I've noticed with using video recording when teaching skills is you're able to show the learner EXACTLY what they're doing, and it makes it much easier to point out places where they need to fix.
This year I'm planning on utilising videoing to help me with my coaching and my final decision to split my squad of 20 to two teams of 10. I'm also hoping I'll get permission from the girls & their parents to video them for my assignment! Fingers crossed :)

Why can't we be friends? Why can't we be friends?
Two blog posts in one day? Simon...... you so crazy!
Keith's lecture yesterday on Produsing left me pondering on many a great and wonderous things..... not really, but it got me thinking about the way and ability that we share resources now.
A few weeks ago Keith made a comment about what if professional sporting clubs (I'm pretty sure he was referencing NRL but it would apply to all professional sport) were to share resources to improve their sport as a whole? Now this means that each individual club would lose any competitive edge they had and would solely be relying on talent alone, but imagine the rise in skillfulness and competiveness of each particular sport. The appeal to the fan would be staggering, to see elite athletes truly perform to the peak of their powers, which in turn would grow the sport as a whole and in particular eliminate the need for crooked dealings within the shadows that in particular are not only ravaging Rugby League but also sport in general.
Another reason I see resource sharing as a possible pathway for sport is the current state of Australian sport at an international level, particularly Olympic level. Thirteen years ago, Sydney produced most definitely the greatest Olympics ever, and Australia was the pinnacle of sport. As such our scientists and coaches were poached for their forward thinking and revolutionary tatics, and 13 years later we as a country that loves sport are, for lack of a better word, rubbish. The way I see it is had we put out there a blueprint for what and how things were done, we wouldn't have lost these coaches and could possibly be in a better place. Rather than be where we are now - the schemozzle that is Australia sport, the rate we going at the moment we won't even be ready for 2020.
I find everyone, not just in the sporting industry, everyone is too secretive using cloak and dagger tactics as well as back stabbing to beat everyone, to get ahead. And I believe this has been one piece of the puzzle that has brought us into an age of rampant doping. So lets share people, share information, share ideas, and share resources, because in the end can't we be friends?

"commencement” is about 4 years old. I wrote it after graduating college while I was looking for jobs. The more I looked and the more I felt like I wasted 4 years of my life. Entry level jobs asked for more experience or more degrees. This song is that frustration, my response to questions about what was next for me.
