Sedankun is a living car who lives in the Land of Cars! When Anpanman and the bakers help him after an accident, he invites them to come visit his home. The car city is completely designed around vehicles, with every tool and amenity being built for the convenience of a car population rather than a humanoid one. All the buildings resemble various aspects of a car, and even the clouds in the sky look like tire tread marks. The huge amount of traffic in the city is managed by one big supercomputer, which can detect the movement of every car and use the information to calculate the ideal way to manipulate the traffic lights and signals.
