With everything going on, I think it’s safe to say that we all kinda deserve a little break...♡ Lately, I’m been a HOT MESS EXPRESS. As a hospital employee, I’m constantly reminded of the pandemic. And as someone that stresses easily, this has heavily impacted my health... especially my sleep.
