Double closing day for this fabulous seller Ruth who’s passing the torch to her new buyer. Then we rushed 3 miles for the closing of her new home, which lasted 3.5 hours! Not our fault at all! We had clear to close last Wednesday from her awesome lender @lcoates1 before thanksgiving. But we were thrown a few road blocks from the buyer of her home, which delayed the purchase of her new home... Corporate RELO doesn’t help either. They move at their own pace! But it’s done. They are both done and now Ruth and her family can start moving and finally get their Christmas 🎄 tree up so their son feels like Santa 🎅 will still come!!! Happy Holidays and Happy Closing day!
