who said i love you first?: imelda, it just sort of slipped out. but she felt like he needed to hear it and she needed to say it. 

who laughs when the other trips?: fucking xander. 

who pays the bills?: surprisingly, it’s even between the two of them. 

which one makes a bigger deal around the holidays?: imelda, because she wants it to be good and memorable for their kids. 

who’s more clumsy?: both of them are clumsy. 

who checks their daily horoscope?: xander checks it as a joke and comments on different zodiac signs. 

who sings louder in the car?: xander, to be annoying. but imelda finds it cute so she never says anything and acts annoyed so that he keeps doing it. 

who leaves the cap off the toothpaste?: xander, again to be annoying. and imelda does not find that cute. 

who is more up to date in pop culture?: imelda used to be, but she is more up to date than xander is. 

who insists on going to see the newest movies?: imelda because she is a huge cinematography fan. unless the movie is shit, then she doesn’t wanna go.

who cries when the abused animal commercials come on?: imelda, because she is soft when it comes to animals. 

who’s the lighter sleeper?: xander, but that’s only because he doesn’t ever really sleep. so he just tries to sleep and hold imelda.

who believes in ghosts?: imelda probably more than xander. she thinks that since she is tied to a demon that there has to be ghosts.

who does the grocery shopping?: xander, because imelda is tired of doing it by herself. or having catherine and jaden come with her and all they do is argue. 

who updates their facebook status more often?: imelda used to, but she doesn’t use it that much anymore.

on most days, seunghwan didn’t keep his teashop open to the public past a certain time. so he was no stranger to people trying to come in after closing time even though the sign would be turned. but today, he was in the back when he heard the door jingle and a sigh escaped him. “unless you can’t read, the sign said closed so you should --” he paused though when he sees who it is. “what are you even doing here?”

who said i love you first?: xerxes. they were arguing and xerxes needed nathan to hear that he loved him. even if he was mad. 

who laughs when the other trips?: nathan, definitely.

who pays the bills?: xerxes, because that boy is secretly loaded with money. so he always just pays stuff without people fully knowing. 

which one makes a bigger deal around the holidays?: they both do. mainly because it becomes a special thing for the two of them. 

who’s more clumsy?: xerxes. he is so long and gangly that he sometimes runs into things and hits his shins on things. queue nathan laughing at him while he trips. 

who checks their daily horoscope?: i feel like nathan does because he finds it interesting. but also checks up on xerxes horoscope to, just to see if it says anything about his day. 

who sings louder in the car?: xerxes. he literally just screams the lyrics and nathan is so used to it that he just sits and listens to him. 

who leaves the cap off the toothpaste?: nathan. but he only does it when xerxes says ‘hey don’t leave the cap off the toothpaste’. and then nathan proceeds to do it anyways. 

who is more up to date in pop culture?: xerxes, but that’s just because he is always on social media and fucking around on twitter. 

who insists on going to see the newest movies?: nathan. just because he and xerxes go out a lot, so it’s fun to go to the movies together. and if they hate it, then they just critique it the whole time.

who’s the lighter sleeper?: xerxes. any little noise wakes him up. so for the most part he just cuddles next to nathan and just tries to close his eyes and go back to sleep.

who does the grocery shopping?: both do. they are both picky about things, so they have to go together to make sure they get the right stuff.

He wasn’t quite sure if he could put a finger on it, trying to avoid making eye contact as he focused on eating the homemade macaroni and cheese the younger had made for dinner. As much as the flavor could sweep him away from his thoughts, the food wasn’t settling in his stomach. Crossing his legs under the table, he takes one more bite as he is full; as the bowl made its way to the center, his head slowly rose up. How long was Clyde looking at him like that? Ethan’s lips purse as he tries to force a small smile to the older male, letting out a silent sigh.

“When you’re finished, just leave your bowl in the sink. I’ll wash up when you’re ready..” His speech was rather soft this time, unknowing what to say next. Ethan felt like something was missing...something that Clyde was keeping from him.

Grabbing a bottle of chilled water from the fridge, he chugged the liquid not so quietly, as his dying curiosity was getting to him. He wanted to ask: why am I never going to your place...?
