Setting

The setting of the story will mostly take place in the Serendipia dorm zone as well as the campus grounds. The dorm zone consists of a vast forest with a cottage section that are the dorm rooms of the students. As with the main purpose of the dorm,night lasts longer so the sun isn't up for as long as it is normally outside it.

The fauna of the forest is mostly animals who eat plants & nuts but a few others roam so the natural way of life goes on. Cats of various breeds who are not forest animals roam around somewhat but are trained to head back into the cat sanctuary near the entrance after they had their nature fill.

Students 

Damián,a deer bestialman and dorm housewarden,is quite the carefree spirit. He has a questionable history here at NRC with a bit of strange anger or confusion moments with Infirmary staff to being known as quite the party starter as a way to keep students active and having fun with one another.

Sin,a vampire bat bestialman who's start was in Diasomnia but was transferred due to a "incident" and has established himself in Serendipia as the scary stories teller. He isn't too fond of Damián and dislikes the party attitude he has brought to the dorm. He wishes it to be like what it was before a place where the scary dwelled.

Sable,a bird bestialman and Damián's best friend. He is a lover of romance novels and singing sweet love songs. Has issues with thinking everyone sees him as a monster due to his legs or maybe another reason unknown..

Ignacio,a bull bestialman who at first was going to be a Savanaclaw student but requested to join Serendipia as he is more active at night. He is quiet most of the time, spending it in the room playing video games but once outside shows his outdoor country loving side and how strong he is at lifting very heavy things. Quite nervous if Damián is near him.

Lustre,a fruit bat beastman that is always by Sin's side. Doesn't talk much about himself more so shows a lot…more than what you may wanna see. A smooth talker who likes to pester Damián with constant flirting. Always smells like strawberries much to Damián's dismay.

Eric,a feline bestialhuman that is an example of a bestialhuman who almost is fully like the animal in blood. He rarely speaks and solely stays near Damián or in the cat sanctuary. He is never seen in class so it is not clear what else he does beside work at the sanctuary.

Ireneo,a bug beastman and prince of a small kingdom. A butterfly man rarely seen that prefers the night to be active. Likes playing music and enjoys the parties the dorm has a lot.

Ambrosé,a feline beastman who transferred to nrc for reasons unknown. Often only seen at the dorm parties or walking with Damián in the forest. Always has a curious smile and red tint to his face. Upon looking at him sometimes seems weirdly unreal.

And so…

Serendipia was once known as the night dorm of the scary. Rumored in the past house students of creature type to separate them from regular students they may have preyed upon…nowadays it isn't known for that more so this year as the housewarden has made it one giant party of fun no longer fear. Some do not like this and want something done about it..

Part 1

Night's start

The stillness of this night felt different than the rest. The stars and clouds around the moon looked odd. Echoes of music and voice chatter could be heard in the distance..

A loud sigh came out of the mouth of the red haired man perched on a tree branch looking out at the moon.

"Ah finally it begins..the start of change."

"I am so sick of what he has made this place to be.."

The man made a hiss sound towards the direction of the music. Small breaths could be heard under the branch as another man sat on the ground wrapping a scarf around his neck as he moved some of his pink hair forward to cover part of his shirt.

"You two really don't see eye to eye.."

"Do remember master,the headmaster is already weary of you from before.."

The loud flap sound of the pink haired man's wings echoing as he finished fixing his appearance,slightly moving his head to the beat of the distant music. The man on the branch laughed a little thinking about how true that the headmaster already excused him for something before and warned him.

"Heh..well this will be different. I am in my element..and the prince is not here much."

"I just need to remind one of what truly hides in the dark.."

The red haired man stretched his wings before taking off flying in the direction opposite of the music with the pink haired man flying right behind looking briefly over to where the party lights were then continuing to follow his master..
