victoria wanted to laugh , or to roll their eyes , and thus it happened : the sardonic laugh falling from her semi parted lips , shoulders shaking slightly with the action . the other was so pretty when they made those little confessions , those sneaky little admissions , that she never quite believed were honest or truthful , and it truly didn't matter to vic .
