I love Tangle and Whisper so much I need them to get a spin-off game now that Tangle was mentioned in Frontiers like PLEASE imagine the play styles, you could have Tangle levels and Whisper levels each with completely different gameplay but both so fun and interesting and new!!! You could have Tangle using her tail to get around and fight and Whisper using her wispon for everything under the sun! It’d be so so so cool and imagine the story it could be about fighting Mimic and maybe Mimic would like, force Tangle and Whisper go to different places that would remind Whisper of the Diamond Cutters in attempt to mess with her head and stuff? Oh oh and it could show Tangle and Whisper being super gay and adorable in animated form!!! Imagine the possibilities!!! Endless possibilities even!!! (wink wink)

They could even introduce new villains for the duo to face and they could introduce the villains into the comics too after the game comes out!!! And maybe like maybe a new villain would be more Tangle focused since Whisper already has a main antagonist she faces but Tangle more so just is there to help her girlfriend so maybe they could reveal stuff about Tangle’s past and simultaneously introduce a villain from her past. It’d be especially cool if like the villain had done horrible things to people Tangle cared about but Tangle still remained the positive upbeat person we know her as today of her own power just her mental fortitude to withstand the worst and come out on the other side stronger than before like that’d be so so cool! And it’d be a cool mirror to how Sonic never gives up but delving deeper into that, giving Tangle more specific traumatic experiences that she fought through rather than how Sonic had more so dealt with feeling the need to be the hero and not feeling strong enough, Tangle’s issues could be more because of a specific trauma. In fact it could be a foil to Shadow’s loss of Maria like maybe Tangle lost family members and was able to move on by suppressing her feelings about it or something? And now the one who did it is back and she’s gotta face her fear!!! (hey, second Sonic song reference in one post lol)

And look I know with this game concept I’m setting up Tangle and Whisper to both have to deal with so much trauma and it might be a bit much but I honestly love watching my favorite characters go through struggles it makes things realistic without sacrificing the cartoony silly world of Sonic. Ian and Evan (the main IDW comic writers) are incredibly skilled at writing mental problems and trauma and such and I wanna see more of that side of things to an extent! Not saying there can’t be fun moments and silly gay stuff between Tangle and Whisper and funny lines and that Tangle can’t be upbeat and such but I am saying it’d be super cool to see them explore these characters more (especially Tangle) and looking at the traumas they have would be a great way to do that!

And the Tangle and Whisper game would be a great place to make their relationship overt and fully official! The game would reach many more people than the comics because it’d reach Sonic comic fans AND Sonic game fans and the ones who enjoy both (like yours truly) and it’d be a fantastic place to introduce the two characters to newcomers because of that, and simultaneously make their relationship fully official for the existing fans of the characters to enjoy!

It’d just be so cool and I need it to happen and if it does the brainrot will be INSANE I will lose my mind
