New patisserie Sha Patisserie @shapatisserie.au that just opened at Brookfield Place @bfplperth last month on 20th of September - lots of beautiful cakes! There are croissants too if you get there early enough. Whole cake orders are now available on their website. Bought the following: - Basque cheesecake $7 - Yuzu meringue tart $7 - Chocolate croissant $7 - Strawberry Lychee $9.50 - Matcha Vanilla $9 Fav was the Yuzu Meringue Tart. Basque cheesecake was smooth and a bit on the sweeter side. Matcha vanilla had a white chocolate casing with apricot gel.
