My muse’s opinion of your muse

Uh, of course I love trans Peter?? Peter in general is a classic, obvi, but I, also obviously, love different takes on characters. And the way you write him is sooooooo good <3

My favorite part about our muse’s interactions

I love how they sort of reflect each other; Peter being very similar to an early-hero Tony. They’re both super stubborn, constantly insist that they’re fine, not looking for help….these boys are trouble, man. Tony doesn’t take any of Peter’s stubbornness, but it’s clear he’s not used to being on the other side of that argument lol. 

A wish/plot I want to write for our muses

I still love that plot idea of Tony having to stay with the Parkers because of villain and company shenanigans. Tony having to learn how to live in a low-middle class home/neighborhood, Peter seeing a new side of Tony that many never see, etc. 

A way your muse has made mine better

Peter makes Tony want to be better. He can’t give up, he has to be better for the next generation. He has someone looking up to him, so he has to be a good example. He also tries to be a good mentor/male figure in general for Peter, since he sees a lot of himself in him.

Matt hadn’t reached out to any of his vigilante or superpowered friends since that newspaper put his face on the front page, and it would be a lie to say it hadn’t been a little on purpose. Most of them didn’t really bother having a secret identity anyway, so maybe they just wouldn’t understand it-- the ones that did, however, Matthad the feeling they would understand a little too much. Which was why he sighed when he heard Spider-Man landing near him, because the kid fell into the has a secret identity category. “Hey,” Matt greeted him, part of him hoping Peter hadn’t heard the enws, though he knew that was very unlikely. “Haven’t seen you in Hell’s Kitchen in a while.”

Why Did I Follow Them?: Because Steve and I are in search of a Peter, and they were a really good one that I saw often.

a quiet thief

Steve’s eyes snapped open at the clicking sound. He was a light sleeper and always had been, but in the few months that he’d been home from being overseas, it had gotten increasingly worse. He woke at the smallest sounds, sometimes at nothing at all, convinced someone was breaking in. Sometimes he woke at absolutely nothing but the inside of his own head. More nights than not, he woke himself screaming, or unable to breathe, or speared through the gut and dying all over again. He didn’t do a lot of sleeping at all, really. 

He slid out of bed, gun tucked into the waistband of his pants - just in case - as he crept towards the fire escape. A lithe shadow had crept through his kitchen and was rifling through his living room. They’d have a time finding absolutely anything of value, he’d moved in here with a duffle bag and hadn’t done all that much decorating in the meantime. They were quiet as they searched his apartment, he’d give them that. Skinny, though. A girl? Or maybe a kid? 

“Money’s in the bedroom,” he said quietly. “Haven’t gotten around to shopping for electronics yet.” Steve waited for the person to turn. “Good luck finding anything worth stealing,” he said. He took a few silent steps to the right, blocking the exit door.

        “Yes! God, Peter.” Tony groaned, hand scrubbing over his face. “Firstly, take your binder off, your ribs must be so sore. Secondly, you need some sleep. You know that’s not how science works.”

Matt wouldn’t normally agree to follow anyone that easily, especially someone he didn’t know. He didn’t have much choice this time, though. It would be hard to get back to the orphanage on his own with the cut on his side, and even if he could, this wasn’t an injure he could just blame on his regular fights in school-- especially since he always won those.

Not to mention, this was Spider-Man. The guy had been out there since before Matt can remember, he had been his hero for years, so Matt wasn’t just trusting anyone who randomly found him-- Spider-Man actually tried to stop Matt from coming with him, so it was a safe bet that he wasn’t glad about this any more than Matt was.

His apartment wasn’t very impressive-- the opposite, in fact. It was just one room-- it had a bed and a couch, as well as a small version of a kitchen, but that was about it. Not that Matt’s own room back at St Agnes was very impressive, he just hadn’t expect his hero’s apartment to smell like sweat and what Matt assumed was whataver he made his webs out of. He wondered if that was because the guy was avigilante full time-- it honestly wasn’t as bad as Matt could have expected.

He sat on the couch and let the other patch up the cut on his side. “I would’ve been fine if you just stayed out of my way, you know.” It wasn’t exactly true, but surely fighting criminals without someone trying to make sure you stay out of their way was easier.

1. Foggy was slightly disappointed that Peter’s first word wasn’t Foggy. Not that it should have been... Matt should get dibs with dad... but he would have LOVED to lord that over his best friend until the end of time.

2. Foggy loves his nieces and nephews... and it’s unfair to say this... but he loves Peter more. Peter feels like his nephew in a lot of ways, but in a lot of ways he feels like his own child. He would die for any of his nieces or nephews, but for Peter... it’s a day to day check on the kid, protect the kid, make sure he’s okay and everything is alright. He thinks that maybe it’s because through Peter he can get a second chance to do right by Matt. He can’t always make things better for Matt, he can’t change his best friend’s past... but he CAN make sure that his best friend’s child never wants for anything, and that he NEVER feels alone. Also... since he first held little baby bug he has been wrapped around those tiny fingers and Hell or high water will not take Foggy away.

3. Foggy fear, more than anything, that Peter will get involved in something that Foggy can’t stop. It kills him being the man on the ground with zero abilities... Knowing that if something goes wrong there is absolutely nothing that he can do. However he tries VERY hard never to let Peter know that. 

4. Foggy has no idea what Peter’s talking about when it comes to math and science 100% of the time. He tries to listen, but he has been out of his depth since Peter was in middle school. And, even before that, it was a lot of cross everything and hope he’s getting it right.

“ So I picked out a few horror movies we could watch. Some of them are the classics which tend to be slow and the others are more of the jump scare type,” Gwen said showing Peter the different DVD covers before tossing them onto her bed so that he could pick on out. Her brothers were out trick- or - treating with friends and her mother was manning the door and passing out candy leaving the two teens free to hang out and watch a movie. It was much more relaxed than going to a party or running around with her brothers and this way if the city needed him he’d be able to leave freely without having to make up any sort of excuse. “ So pick something yet?” she asked crossing her room to grab her laptop before pulling herself up onto her bed in the open spot next to him. “ Or if you’re to scared we can watch a nonhorror Halloween film,” she said with a bright smile as she playfully teased him.

my opinion on;

character in general:  peter parker is a little darling and should always be protected??? like honestly so precious and so sweet?? plus he kicks a lot of ass <3how they play them: wonderfully! we’ve only just begun to do things together but i am definitely liking what i see! the mun: so, i’m kind of hesitant to strike up with other muns after a bad experience, but they seem very sweet and kind!

Hippolyta had taught him the rich history of their people, Artemis trained him to fight, Penelope informed him of the mystic resources of the island, and Trigona had molded him into perhaps the fastest sprinter in Themyscira. All had shared their wisdom and skills, passing them on to the newest addition to their legacy.  Today, however, was peaceful, an afternoon set aside to enjoy the rich lushness of the island. Diana had prepared a scrumptious spread and packed it in a mahogany basket to take to the cliffside that overlooked the sea, a lunch for her and her son. That is if she could find him. 4 headcanons about our muses’ relationship

1. Peter very slowly makes the extra bedroom in Steve’s apartment his own. Posters go up. A collection of his few belongings start to stay on the dresser more often than not. It makes Steve happy each time something new ends up there.

2. Steve and Peter each have their own baggage. Steve is a rather threatening presence on his own, enough that people tend to leave Peter alone. He stands between Peter and anyone who looks remotely like Skip. Steve does not like sudden loud noises. Peter has walked them home a couple times when Steve hits full shutdown. 

3. (MCU Verse) Peter really, really does his best to catch Steve up on pop culture classic movies. They marathon all the Star Wars movies together. Steve has a lot of questions about ‘Han shot first’ and why it’s such a thing. 

4.  (MCU Verse) Steve trains Peter. He’s strong as hell, but he doesn’t actually know how to fight very well. They spend a lot of time in the gym. Steve only a little bit rolls his eyes when Peter says it’s a ‘hero training montage’.
