I just realised what I don't like about Bayo's new design: her "skirt". It really changes the silhouette. I love that giant hair bow on her back and the perforated pattern on her legs, but it doesn't look so cool along with the skirt. It kind of makes me think that PG decided to go for MUCH more family friendly design than fans even expected. I wonder if there will be more Bayo designs (if this whole theory on multiple universes is true) or we will have just extra outfits like in previous games.
Hmmmmm, yeah, but Bayo2 also had different silhouette because of hair at the bottom and "spikes" at shoulders, so no wonder they went for another one this time? Like, her most "light" and noticable figure still remains to be in the first game (if we take default look in mind) I personally wouldn't say it's exactly family-friendly (thought there was no dress-up on a summon, but I think it's just for a trailer, i think? maybe?), but considering it's a Cereza, it makes sense for them to sexualize her less? I would feel kind of weird doing that ngl, I feel like with that kind of look / outfit / design it would fit for her to act more child-ish and having different kind of fun and taunts. And we can see that in combat, when they are showing it off, her whole gimmick seems to be "dancing" !! I do think that, at least, ONE MORE different Bayonetta is possible, that's for sure, how she gonna be presented? Now that's Im not certain about and how I'd would even feel And OF COURSE, there are going to be extra costumes, they just has to be, or I'm gonna kick Kamiya's ass or whoever is in charge of that if that's going to be missing
