Kinda wanna wife him up.,,
[spoilers below!!]
You know the formula: Peter kidnaps Alice, they have their little song and dance fight, “there’s no way I’m gonna drink that,” he kisses her, she punches him, we all have a laugh before the dread sets in.

Well
Here, Alice wakes up kissing Lewis, as he gave her mouth to mouth to save her from drowning, and when she swings at him, he DODGES. King shit right here. I love it already.

???: 'Alice.'
Alice Liddell: '!'
Someone called from behind me. Before I'd realised it, the stuffed rabbits had disappeared, but it was obvious from the voice that it wasn't one of them.
The voice just now was more.....mature, the voice of a young man.
Alice Liddell: 'I....know this voice.'
I shouldn't have remembered it, but that was the feeling I got.
Feeling my heart beat faster, I slowly turned around.
???: 'You finally caught up to me.'
A youth that I hadn't seen before was standing there.
A red checkered coat, and a large pocket watch.
Atop his head were white rabbit ears.
The red eyes behind the glasses were looking at me.
It was the first time I'd met this man.
But, I knew.
Even if I couldn't be certain just from hearing his voice, when I saw him, I clearly felt it.
Even if I couldn't remember him, I knew him.
When or where we had met, what kind of times we'd spent together. Even without any clear memories, it didn't matter.
Just so long as I knew that he was my White Rabbit.
Alice Liddell: 'That goes for you, too.....I've finally caught you.
.....Peter.'

Peter White: 'I'm still not sure yet if it's a good thing that you caught me.'
Peter White: 'Truthfully, it might be better if you forget me....'
Peter White: 'Since I know that if you do, you won't have to suffer.'
Despite smiling, I could tell that, just as he had said, he was feeling conflicted.
Red eyes that reflected me.
They were glistening as if he were crying, and seemed both happy and sorrowful.
Alice Liddell: '.....I missed you.'
Alice Liddell: 'Even though I'd forgotten you, I missed you.'
To me, he was someone important. Most likely, he was the person I had most wanted to remember, the Rabbit I hadn't wanted to forget.
It was the same as how I couldn't help but run after him despite all logic. I had missed him, and right now I was glad that I was able to see him. So much so that I felt as if I were now the one about to cry.
Peter White: 'You're so cruel. Saying something like that even though you forgot.'
Peter made an exaggeratedly hurt expression. It was likely how he really felt, just as much as it was posturing.

Nightmare Gottschalk: 'It may have been from behind the scenes, but I've been doing a lot of the hard work too, you know?'
Nightmare Gottschalk: 'But still, when it comes to the White Rabbit, he's always going off and saving you all on his own, acting all cool and taking all the good parts.' ...
Nightmare Gottschalk: 'That's right. Just as when you were invited to this world, I also aided him with my powers.'
Nightmare Gottschalk: 'If I hadn't, the White Rabbit wouldn't have been able to come this far, since he's not a resident of the Country of Spade.'
Nightmare Gottschalk: 'Dammit.....I wish you'd let me do some of the cool stuff too.'
Peter White: 'So sorry about that. However, I won't be giving anything up to you. Her one and only guide is me, after all.'
Peter's reply to Nightmare's sulking was blunt.
Alice Liddell: '.....They really do know each other.'
Hearing them talk to each other was weirdly refreshing. I couldn't help but find it strange seeing them together.
They were acquaintances from the start, and had also lived in the same country together. My previous self probably wouldn't have thought it anything to be surprised over.

Joker: 'As if it doesn't worry you that's she always getting herself lost. .....Both her, and Ace.'
Julius Monrey: '.........'
'.....Worrying would be meaningless. I don't like doing anything that's pointless.'
