it’s really so crazy that so many people just flat out fucking refuse to parent their children. some of my students so clearly have good parents that care about them because they’re not unholy terrors sent from hell to kill me. the rest of them, however,

#she speaks #so frustrated and upset after today that i’m sitting in my empty classroom physically shaking #i love being an educator!!! this is fun and fine and i don’t want to lay down in traffic at all!!!#and it’s almost never entirely the kids’ fault #i know so many of them have so much going on at home #and it’s so important to be as patient and gentle and safe for them as possible #but when your child is tipping chairs and screaming across the classroom and making jokes that no 8 year old should ever know about #and i’ve asked them a billion times to please just listen to directions #and they not only ignore me but have the fucking gall to laugh at me??#you’re raising a fucking monster #and you don’t even realize it because you won’t talk to your fucking kids!!!!#parent your goddamn children i can’t do it for you!!!!!#i have 20 of them stuffed into one room and i have to teach them things they don’t care about!!!!#i don’t have the time or energy to be their mom!!!! that’s your job!!!! fucking do it!!!!!#you signed up for this when you chose to have kids!!!!#i’m just. we have a little over a week until spring break #and like 2 months left of the year.#and no clue how the fuck i’m going to make it that long
