Ahh also!! I'm getting new glasses tomorrow!! I have good hopes they can help with my headaches, as I have a few leads and a couple of them are eye-related!
#a friend of mine apparently started getting REALLY bad migraines when she started using the iPad to draw#and looking back it seems to also coincide with my own New Brand of migraines!!!!#she solved it completely with blue light filter glasses#sci literature abt them makes them look like a scam. but im willing to give anedoctal evidence a chance!!#also the eye doctors I went to said my eyes are always a little tense/focused to make up for my eyesight#so they're upping my lenses a liiittle bit and giving me some eye drops to relax the eye muscles#so to train the eye to chill out again and let the glasses do their job fully#apparently it's pretty common for ppl who don't see close objects well to develop headaches bc of this#<3! high hopes!#also getting another wisdom tooth removed soon which Might be giving me some head pain too. the bastard
