Okay there should be a cookbook that talks about how to cook fruits (+ vegetables) that have come out of the freezer. I shouldn't have to go through a bunch of pages of google just to find out how the fuck I'm supposed to process applesauce out of frozen apples. I shouldn't have to rely on ablebodied people who have never had to freeze their food before they could use it just so that I can make fucking applesauce.

And I swear on the fucking Force if I have to write it myself I will.
