I just finished infinity train book 4 and im gonna ramble abt it in the tags so spoilers ahoy
I wont be putting this in the main tags i JUST wanna get my dumb little thoughts out of my head
#tldr: it’s very boring and shitty I actually really hated it#s1 2 ans 3 were all good but 4??? holy shit it’s so boring#what happened????? what the hell happened here????#so. to start off with they started the season with a really cool concept. two passengers getting on at the same time and they share a number#but then they ruined it. because they didn’t DO anything with it#I spent 10 episodes watching these two dudes argue over the same issues over and over again#I barely remember what happened because what was happening around them was so boring#they kinda just floated through carts yelling at each other the whole time#sure they had brief moments wherw they got along but mostly they didn’t get along#there was no. story arch. it felt very underwhelming and slow. I didn’t like it#so. lil spoiler. this takes place in the past. where. what’s her name. emilia(?) is younger.#this story takes place when she starts to take over the train#but it’s barley noticeable and it kinda sucks. I actually nearly missed it.#the denizens were boring and did absolutely nothing. i felt like there was next to no character development in this season????#yea one of them was like ‘i’m gonna follow my dreams now :))’ but it felt very forced#most of the dialogue felt forced actually... like no one could be bothered to do it because the script was shit#it felt like they rushed in and tried to cram as much together as possible but they picked all the boring bits instead#I didn’t feel anything towards these characters at all they were so blank slate and boring I really hated it#the whole thing sorta just. ended. like ‘oh look they’re getting along again here’s a door quick before you argue again’#im so tried of this... please.... it was so slow and boring...#delete later
