#since im going full stoatsona i fucking GUESS#i got to frolic in snow today for the first time in what. 2 years? 3?#weather has been Unusually cold for over a week but not very . precipitate-y#absolutely not expecting snow at any rate bc this is britain. got up this morning. got on the bus to my data collection site#patches of snow start appearing on the road the further out of town we get#patches start turning into entire fields#by the time the bus pulls up i am standing in a winter fucking wonderland. solid couple inches on the ground. lake frozen solid#the visitor center is shut. the birds are not fed. none of the staff could get up there#so i literally just got to fuck around and play in snow for a few hours and i think it fixed 70% of my problems in one fell swoop#so. um. semi-cursed(?) wintercoat tracker#for your consideration#tis my shiny palette
