MDNR units primarily support Gestalt engineers or ARARs on the software side of technical operations. There have been reports of bullying, particularly from Storches and Starlings, who abbreviate Madenhacker to Maden ("maggot"), mocking their behavior. This can lead to frustration or social withdrawal. Regular monitoring of inter-unit interactions is recommended, with particular attention to protektors.

To help prevent persona degradation, avoid prolonged periods of boredom. Provide mentally engaging objects – such as a Rubik’s Cube – or allow them to pursue self-directed projects. ------------
