About the picture of Eugene in his nightshirt: I thought Solanaart provided the streetscape, but she referred me back to you. I love that streetscape, love it to bits, adore it! Hi, and thanks for asking! The painter is Willem Koekkoek (LOVE the name!), a Dutch 19th century artists. The name of the painting is simply "Dutch street scene by a canal", as it seems. He did a lot of similar works.
