So apparently Hakos Baelz is a Chinese-Australian, who speaks but does not read Chinese (specifically Cantonese—no judging, hanzi are hard). Which is why she, along with Ina, sings the Korean parts in the Hololive cover of “Pop Stars” by K/DA: Cantonese and Korean have all the same sounds except geminate consonants, and Cantonese having true laterals where Korean, like Mandarin and Japanese, has palatals.
