the more i learn about washington's behavior during the french and indian war, the more convinced i am that alexander hamilton was karma biting him on the ass. dare i say he got off easy? yes, ham had a hissy fit on the stairs but he wasn't the one constantly threatening to resign, leaving his men, and backstabbing two superiors while sending letters wheedling for a commission.
every time washington tried to express his anger/annoyance about various ambitious whiners, he had to shut his mouth because he thought "oh fuck i did that too" lmfao.
