doctor who is at its worst when it leans into the whole Chosen One angle and it’s at its best when it lifts up and features the absolute normies
#doctor who#this is at least partially why Clara as a character annoys me#though admittedly I don’t know the end of her arc so who knows. maybe I’ll change my mind.#also why so much of 11’s writing falls flat for me#sorry I get BORED when I have to hear Matt smith shouting at aliens in the sky about how clever and powerful he is#but this is also why Donna is the most supreme companion
