مع هالجو البارد بتكلم عن كتاب انساني شريته من كم سنه هدفه الرئيسي القضاء على الجوع بمخيمات اللاجئين السوريه ((ريعه يعود لتغذيه اللاجئين بسوريا بالتعاون مع الامم المتحده)) الكتاب متخصص بوصفات الشوربه مثل ما موضح بالاسم ساهم تجميع الوصفات عدد كبير من الشيف ومؤلفين كتب الطبخ بالعالم الغربي والعربي منهم العظيم @sami_tamimi يحتوي على وصفات تحضير المرق الاساسي ( stock ) وبعدين يتدرج انواع من الشوربه حسب نوع الخضار او الحبوب او اللحوم الوصفات سهله وسريعه جربت كذا نوع والحمدالله كلهم حلوين مافيهم شي معقد وصفاتي المفضله بالكتاب شوربه الكرات والبطاط وشوربه القرع وشوربه الطماط الموجوده بالغلاف شريته من احد الحسابات بانستقرام نسيت اسمه بس اتوقع موجود بالمكتبات او امازون #soupforsyria وفي كتابين نفس الفكره واحد متخصص بوصفات المخبوزات والثاني الوصفات السوريه بشكل عام عندي واحد منهم وما طبقت منه ولا شي فما اقدر تكلم عنه https://www.instagram.com/p/B6bRTCHgepi/?igshid=1fy6mdtcehrug

Even though "nut" is in its name, a peanut is a legume. Like soybeans and lentils, peanuts are the edible seeds that grow in pods. Look at me learning…this is sweet potato and peanut butter soup. It’s thinner than I hope but the spice is nice.

Lentil soup with verjuice.

I made two different batches. One with red and one with green. I did not have verjuice so I used the suggested substitution - lemon juice. And a lot of it. 1 cup! Also 1 cup of olive oil. But it all worked out in the end!

The red lentil was like the picture in the book. The green was more of a side dish.

These were for a soup swap with our cookbook club group.
