SIGH. Cue tears. After an especially rough day today, hearing one of my kids say, “Oh! Miss Warren! I have something for you!” Then dig this out of her backpack...I had to keep the emotions in check. I’ve had this sweet pea for two years now. We’ve laughed together, sassed each other, wanted to pull our hair out because of each other, and loved one another so much. I told her mom I’m pretty sure she’s the exact image of what my daughter will be like if I have one. 😂 As we wind down the year, she and I both have mentioned how much we will miss one another. She just KNEW I needed this before she went home today. It's the little things. My little ducklings can drive me crazy sometimes, but I love them so. I always get the biggest hug from this one before she leaves, no matter what kind of a day we've had together.
