Still alive ...

This is the first time in over a year I’ve tried on any of my semi-formal wear and it was depressing, to say the least. Most of my dresses took one look at my current boobs and immediately ran for the hills. My butt scared off most of the others. I had three dresses that still fit, but it’s not good form to show your rack at a funeral, or so I’m told. My munchkin is making that face because he’s wondering how he’s going to get any lunch from mommy in that dress. (Spoiler alert: he’s not.)

I’ve been asked to sing at this ceremony, so hopefully I don’t embarrass myself and the baby doesn’t embarrass me. Ah, motherhood!
