My life has gotten busier, and without the incentive to play daily to finish the catalogue on time, i've been playing splatoon less and less which means i haven't been capturing new splatposts.

i made this blog so that i could share the funny splatposts i was seeing with my non-splatoon friends more easily. i now see it more as an archive, a time capsule so that when splatoon 3 eventually dies it's possible to look back and remember the silly memes we made along the way :3

i don't have a screenshot but during us "thanksgiving" when the plaza was filled with a bunch of people posting about turkeys or whatever there was one post on the wall where someone wrote "Judges you Indiginously" and it's my favorite splatpost to this day. they didn't spell indigenous right but it's the thought that matters

i didn't play until splatfest this month & now that its over all i'm seeing is "free pearl woomy". who is this and why is everybody posting abt them

so from what i gathered from the splatoon subreddit, pearlwoomy is a popular artist and her splatposts are a lot of times featured in the plaza.

some people don't like her however and have been massreporting her posts which led nintendo to ban her for 14 days for "advertising" (people are speculating it is because of her twitter handle on the posts)

"free pearl woomy" is her supporters response to the ban
