To you, oh my favorite person

I remember a year ago, I was new into this kpop world and had only listened to groups my friend had shown me.

But then I discovered TXT, some time after 0x1 = Lovesong. And, oh God how I fell in love. My life was a bloody mess at that time, my mental health was at its lowest, but I remember watching every single video I could about these five guys.

And there there was you, Beomgyu. This silly kid with long hair and the cutest lisp. The prettiest smile in the world and the most delicious laughter I’ve ever heard. How not to fall in love?

The more I learned about you, the more I grew attached. ‘Cause I found so many similarities between you and I. The struggle I was — I am — going through, how much I care for my friends, the urge not to let people suffer how I do. I saw all of that in you.

You never failed to bring a smile to my face, even in the darkest of times. I could always rely on your mere existence. You even helped me understand more about my gender expression. See? Even if you don’t know me in person, you are always helping. And I’m so glad that you haven’t given up on fighting. We, moa, know you have your issues, and we only wish for you to be fine, healthy, happy. And it’s encouraging for me to see that you do whatever’s needed to be strong, and to help the others.

Today I saw the video of you crying after the last concert of the tour. It broke my heart, and I cried too. I can’t imagine how many emotions you felt at that moment. I can only remember the sad look in your eyes on Act : Boy, when you were performing to empty seats. I can’t imagine how it must have felt to have spent all this time with moa and now coming to a stop.

But I got emotional too. Because it’s you, because I love you desperately. You deserve the world, Beomgyu. You deserve all the joy and love you give to us. You deserve every good thing that’s out there in this shitty world.

I really hope that you are happy, Gyu. I really hope that you are truly content with your existence. Because I feel so blessed for having you in my life. I am almost two months older than you, but I feel like we are twins, in some way. And to think of that made me realize that I’ve got to love myself as much as I love you. So please, Beomgyu, I hope you care for yourself as much as you care for me, even though you only know me as Moa, and not as Viken.

I love you, Beomgyu. Moa love you. And we’ll do everything we can to always keep you smiling.

I've got two gyu mini posters one for blue hour and one for freeze. I have a Taehyun one for fight or escape and the only beomgyu PC I have is the foe star seekers one. Fight or escape was actually the album I got my Soobin PC aswell

i got my first like . genuine soobin pc in freeze (boy) and i cherish him so much he's so cute <3 then yeonjun pc and mini poster from boy and you and then a hyun starseekers pc from boy. i would risk everything for these pcs no joke i cherish them

i'm so excited for whenever their next comeback will be bc i'll def have to get it.

I have all txt albums BUT magic and my luck is terrible, all I want is to pull gyu and bin PCs but I've only got one of each of them. The company I buy them off throw in extra PCs tho (still haven't got a gyu or bin from the extras either) I've got a shit tone of jun, Hyun and hyuka tho. I accidentally brought another eternity album, (When I was meant to by dream) because I'm dumb af. And I pulled a Hyun and the clear yeonjun AGAIN.

i think hyuka is the only member i haven't pulled anything for (whereas my best friend has pulled hyuka in every txt album she's ever bought and she has all of them except for star i think). i bought myself the you vers of freeze, which was the version i wanted to begin with (but could only find boy when i bought the album the first time) and i was so lucky to pull the beomgyu mini poster and the beom starseekers card.

i'm really looking forward to getting more txt albums bc i think i really want to start collecting for them too. i also just really love the aesthetics of their albums sm and they look so good on my dresser where they're displayed
