#steve argues that everyone whose opinion matters to him knows that eddie is his husband so who cares what anybody else thinks?

I definitely think that middle-aged Steve with his first iPhone would find out be taught by his twelve-year-old how to change his lockscreen, and promptly changed it to a selfie that Robin took with Steve and Eddie's seven-year-old daughter Hazel (because he likes it and it's a good picture and it makes him smile and who the hell gives a shit about what his lockscreen is, anyways?)

Eddie sees this a few weeks later and, unsurprisingly, he has things to say about it.

Eddie: …….You know, people probably see that and think Robin is your wife.

Eddie: And your kids’ mom.

Steve: *thinking about it*
