Can't believe the Netflix Avatar looks so good, no stop it go away, we cut you out of the budget months ago.

I wish I could feel any kind of sense of magical excitement over the Netflix Avatar trailer but right now the most I can drum up is a begrudging, "Njfjfjfkkdjjjd it looks really good??????"

Like the effects and greenscreen are obviously super unpolished in places and not nearly as professional-looking as it could/should be but the costumes and sets are straight fire???? The colors are vibrant and bold???? It doesn't immediately look like ass????

Still trepidacious over whatever made Mike and Bryan leave the project and over Netflix's track record of live action adaptations in general and not looking forward the inevitable resurgence of very Tired shipping discourse that I tend to take a bit personally because I Am The Mom Friend And I Do Mother My Husband Who Is Also Younger Than Me but.... begrudgingly impressed????
