Southern Reach x The Lighthouse I started reading the trilogy earlier this year, took a small break after Annihilation and continued later again. Didn't know what I expected, didn't know what I could expect from this series. But wow, I enjoy it a lot! While reading Acceptance (almost finished now) I started thinking of a mash-up between this book series/Area X and the movie The Lighthouse. I get similar vibes when thinking of both of them, so I decided to combine them. This painting combines a legendary shot from The Lighthouse and the brightness that is experienced by the people who go to Area X. I added the words from the lighthouse keeper to the picture as well. Have you read these books? Or have you seen the movie The Lighthouse? . . . . .
