THT S6 prediction under the cut

Josh Charles is playing Commander Judd and Serena marries him thinking she’s going to make a difference in Gilead but she ends up being the first wife he bluebeards…

Keeps the general audience happy because “yay Serena is finally dead” and there’s also the poetic justice of her finally being hoisted by her own petard (thinking she can reform Gilead and that she’s above it all when the country is an absolute cesspool and she never stood a chance)

#just for the record #I don’t want this to happen #but i know serena ain’t making it out of this season alive #strahvs is beyond done with the show and i can’t say i blame her #there’s only one way this ends #and considering serena is back to advocating for gilead #instead of finally siding with june #the ship has officially sailed on any sort of redemption for her #part of me can’t believe they set up the s5 finale the way they did only to separate them again #but after my last rewatch i noticed they have a pattern of baiting and switching with the finales and the premieres #or just setting up a massive plot point only to go nowhere with it #so i can’t say i’m surprised #there’s a post to be made on every time they’ve done this so stay tuned #what a waste of lightning in a bottle chemistry #I need s6 leaks now #handmaidhaven where you at girl?#serena joy waterford #tht spoilers
