Fave 9 from this year. Long post. I make no apologies. • • 1. @nissnash We have a great friendship and we both do great work but it doesn’t always overlap, however, in this image I truly feel like you can see the best of what we both do. 🖤 • @misterwendell One of my brothers got married this year and I was in the wedding so naturally I couldn’t shoot but damned if I wasn’t get some shots in anyway. Love you man. • @vinnylabss he took one look at the costume and said “that’s what you want to wear!?” Then yelled “Let’s get it baby, it’s hobbit time!” His willingness to lean into the outfit made the set. Thank you. • Making visualizations come to life is never easy and this shot in particular was being terribly difficult. Angle, lighting, decor were all being a problem, the model was ready to call it but sometimes you just have to take action. I grabbed the tub with one hand, swung it around, moved my light and the rest is saga. • @mikaylaxp both of these shots happened one day apart. It’s always fantastic when you hit a creative wavelength with someone and eat visually in sync. These images tell stories thanks to her and helped lead me where I was headed visually. • I love this shot of Alej because it was supposed to be an afternoon of product shot shooting and instead it turned into a night of curiosity for him, him overcoming challenges, and genuine excitement. • @alessandrothebestlombardi this image is a fantastic reminder to always work with what you have. A handsome world traveler. A renaissance costume. A garage. A 15 year old busted ass rug. Magic. • @lilikoifish_ I love this image because it happened. This was supposed to be out first planned shoot a couple years ago and the stars lined up right for it to come to life and I couldn’t be happier w the results. • Thanks everyone for sharing these moments with me.
