He is graduated in commerce and started his political career from RSS and currently he is an active member of Bhartiya Janta Party as Industrial Front Vidarbha Convenor. He also works as Rashtriya Sangathan Mahamantri at National level for Rashtriya Udyog India, New Delhi. Moreover, he has been invited to several National and international conferences to make presentations on various social and Industrial issue.

Mr. Mandve also holds directorship of two companies, namely; Vidarbha Soya Milk Private Limited, established in the year 2018 and Sivswarajya Agro Domestic Airline Private Limited, came into existence in 2019. He is also the founder of Vidarbha Bio- Organic Fertilizers. Mr. Sunilkumar Mandve vision is to make India worldwide stronger in economic and industrial sector.

It’s a 500 core investment company based in Amravati with an objective of providing job opportunities by setting up new activities and policies for farmer community. The company in co-ordination with World Health Organization (WHO) exports 2 lakh liters of soya milk to South Africa for children in kindergarten and as nutritional diet to tribal regions, the only company that is connected with 3 lakh farmers across the country.

Sivswarajya Agro Domestic Airlines Pvt. Ltd, established in the year 2019. Registered at Registrar of Companies , Mumbai and it has it’s registered office in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The company is led by Bhikari Mukt Bharat NGO. Their goal is to make Goa the first state to become beggar-free in India. It has built rehabilitation centers in 14 districts of the nation.
