Utility software used by construction workers to kill people with invisable gamma ray bulletts... which is atoms formed from the oxygen you breath and can form fastest at the powergrid level and the railroad level and get inside people... then become hard and harm organs and talk to you through communication control of a wireless war weapon computer. The state department has a hazmat computer... they can play with your body with it wirelessly at long Range and use sound to detect it in your body and play with it.... they are dangeriouse and can cause organ damage and other problems because they are war criminals and liars and its so easy to just kess you up. They need mental health exams and we need to discuss it on local news yet they will not discuss it on the news is stupid while millions of people are dead or injured from it.
